Published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND). This license permits copying and redistribution of the material in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), a link to the license is included, and any changes made (if applicable) are clearly indicated. Modified versions of the work may not be distributed.

Users are required to provide a full bibliographic reference to the original publication (authors, article title, journal title, volume, issue, page numbers), as well as the DOI. In electronic use, users must also include a link to both the original article published in ITB – Informatics, Technology and Business and the applicable license.

Authors may enter into separate, additional non-exclusive agreements for the distribution of the published version of their work (for example, inclusion in institutional repositories or books), provided that the original publication in this journal is clearly acknowledged.
